The HelpingHands app (iOS/Android) uses no cookies. This document applies solely to the admin dashboard and any future web versions.
1. Scope
Admin dashboard and any future web pages of VDGT Consultancy BV only. Mobile app: no cookies.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
- Session management, CSRF protection, cookie preference storage.
Legal basis: legitimate interest. Cannot be disabled.
3. Functional cookies (optional)
Dashboard preferences. Legal basis: consent. Max. 12 months.
4. No analytics, no tracking
HelpingHands uses no analytical, marketing or tracking cookies.
5. How to manage cookies
- On your first visit a cookie banner appears in which you indicate your preference for optional cookies. Your choice is stored locally.
- To change your choice later, clear the stored preference via your browser's cookies/site-data settings. The banner will reappear on your next visit.
- Your browser also lets you delete existing cookies and block future ones:
- Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data;
- Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
- Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data;
- Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions.
